Mooney-General
Paper Company takes great pride in being an independent,
family-owned and operated enterprise. The key to our success for
over 85 years has been the outstanding quality of our products and
the unsurpassed service we provide to our valued customers.
Founded in 1917 by Henry G. Mooney, George Schuck, Morris Riemer and
Joseph Riemer, Mooney-General is now run exclusively by second and
third generation members of the Riemer family. Gary Riemer, the
current president, is Joseph's son. Another second-generation family
member is Eugene Movshin (Joseph's nephew), who was been with
Mooney-General for over 60 years. Representing the third generation
of the family are Andrea Ribakove (Gary's daughter), Richard Movshin
(Joseph's grand-nephew), and Richard Ribakove (Gary's son-in-law),
all officers and directors of the Company.
Mooney-General Paper is located in a 64,000 square foot central
distribution center in Hillside, New Jersey. Our 70 employees, including 25
outside Salesmen; are dedicated to providing you with the best
products and service. Mooney-General’s eight (8) trucks cover all
of northern and central New Jersey. We also can provide outside
trucking services for delivery outside of our local market area.
Mooney-General is truly a “One-Stop-Shop”. We offer a complete
line of industrial products, janitorial products, chemicals and floor care equipment,
food service products and sanitary supplies. We specialize in the
distribution of paper and packaging supplies, equipment and
dispensers. We are proud to provide
